Fast replies. The right words. Every detail remembered

Sufflera is a CRM and a reply assistant for OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue – for agencies and for creators who run their own chats. Open a chat and the draft is already there – in the creator’s voice, out of the fan’s whole history

One creator and 100 drafts a month are free – a subscription that prices at zero, not a trial.

The side panel open beside a platform inbox: draft ready, fan context, autopilot off.
The panel

Everything the chatter needs, in one side panel

It opens beside the platform inbox and stays open when you click into the page

  • Knows who this isthe fan is read off the page, not typed in
  • His whole recordwarmth, how ready he is for an offer, the stage and what he spent
  • Notes and memory, side by sidewhat your chatter wrote is never overwritten
The Fan tab of the side panel: the fan read off the open chat, warmth and offer readiness, stage and spend, the reply mode, and fields for notes and instructions.
The Autopilot tab: autopilot off, which fans it may work on, whether it stays on one fan or takes the whole list, and how far back it answers.
The Draft tab: the fan’s latest message, a generated draft marked safe to send, and the Generate, Insert and Send buttons.
  • Autopilot, off by defaultone browser tab, four gates of its own, and a Stop button the moment it runs
  • You choose who it answersone fan you locked on, or every chat in the list – and only messages as recent as you allow
  • The whole backlogevery unanswered message, split out one by one
  • Already checkeda broken draft never reaches this box
  • All three write backcopy, insert or send – the CRM hears about it either way

It is a sidebar, not an overlay – it never covers the composer or the thread. The panel, in the manual →

The creator

Write her once, in ten fields

Ten fields for who she is and how she writes. The text stays where you put it; how she feels moves through her day on its own.

Who she is

  • Name, age and where she livesMia, 26, Leeds
  • Backstory she refers toruns a plant shop, lives with her sister
  • What she will not discusspolitics, her family, meeting anyone
  • Her weekat the shop Tue–Thu, off at weekends
  • Goals and eventssaving for a trip in March

How she writes

  • Voice and tonewarm, teasing, unhurried
  • Reply lengthone or two sentences
  • How much emojisparingly, never two in a row
  • Phrases she never usesbaby, sweetie, hun
  • Signature linesthree, rotated so they never repeat

Her mood changes through the day

The five scales behind those replies move through the day on the chronotype you gave her, follow the weekly routine you set, and drift back to the baseline on their own. Warmth toward one particular fan sits on top of all of it.

One fan, one message, four hours apart

Your existing conversations come with you too: one pass on install, current on their own after that.

A fan profile: a VIP badge, $515 lifetime spend, four tags, and two text fields – the chatter’s notes and a standing instruction for this fan.

Fan memory and the creator’s voice

Every fan has a record

Purchases, tags, notes, instructions and funnel stage – all of it goes into the draft. Follow-ups stay with your team.

A memory that builds itself

Every hundred messages it condenses the durable facts into a profile that rides along after.

Behind the panel there is a whole CRM

The screen a shift starts from, and three more your chatters never have to open.

The dashboard overview: an attention strip, the operator queue with five overdue promises, and counters for fans and drafts.
The follow-ups list: what was promised to each fan and how many days it is overdue, with Done and Snooze beside every row.
The creator studio on the Persona and lore tab: backstory, temperament, appearance and the things she likes.
The Mood tab: the mood right now, a five-axis radar of today against usual, and the moods it can move between.
The Life events tab: a diary of small things that happened to her, each marked with who is allowed to hear about it.
The template gallery: ready-made personas, each with an age, a city, a one-line temperament and tags.
One fan open on the Conversation tab: what the assistant remembers about him, the notes, an overdue promise and the next best step.
The Finances tab of one fan: lifetime value, number of purchases, and every subscription, tip and unlock with its date.
The Insights tab of one fan: messages and drafts counted, messages by month, and the drafts written for him before.
The analytics overview: totals for the month, drafts by day, and fan growth over thirty days.

The screen you open first

  1. 1The queue for this shift – follow-ups that are overdue first, then valuable conversations that have gone quiet.
  2. 2Needs attention: billing, creators and fans in one strip, which is not there when there is nothing wrong.
  3. 3Drafts today and this month, counting up live while your team works.
The dashboard →

The creator studio

  1. 1Write her once: tone, backstory, what she never discusses and the exact phrases she never uses.
  2. 2Her week: goals and events that surface in conversation, and only to the fans close enough to hear them.
  3. 3Mood and availability – five dimensions, a chronotype, and the weekly routine you set.
Creators and personas →

Everything about one fan

  1. 1Purchases, tags, notes, funnel stage and the memory – the record every draft is written from.
  2. 2Every purchase with its type and date – lifetime value and VIP status follow from it, not from a guess.
  3. 3The memory the assistant built, in its own field, where a person can read and correct it.
The CRM →

Who carried the shift

  1. 1Drafts per day, per creator and per team member – and how many actually went into a conversation.
  2. 2Quality ratings your own chatters leave on the drafts they were handed.
  3. 3LTV by segment and activity by hour, so you know when it is worth staffing.

Three platforms

OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue, inside the inbox your team already uses.

History import

OnlyFans and Fanvue history comes in on install; on Fansly, everything from install on. All of it stays current.

Selectors update themselves

When a platform moves something, the fix arrives from our server. Nobody reinstalls.

Hiding a button is not security. A chatter cannot open a creator they were not assigned, even with a direct link. Every request is checked against their role on our server before anything is looked up.

It does exactly as much as you allow

Two separate controls, and both are yours: a permission in your CRM, and a switch in the panel. Nothing automatic happens until both of them say so

Mode

A permission stored in your CRM. Set it per creator, or override it for one single fan.

Autopilot

A switch in the panel, for one browser tab. Your chatter turns it on, and can stop it in one click.

Manual is the default on every creator, and the autopilot is off in every tab, every time. Two people-made decisions stand between a new account and anything sending itself.

I remember you saying you work in Munich.

A fact that is not in his record. Names, cities, jobs and pet names have to come from the CRM or from what he actually wrote.

Look at the photo below 😘

A photo that is not attached. The claim is checked against what is actually going out with the message.

$30, like we agreed last week.

A price, a discount or a purchase that never happened. Money claims are checked against his purchase history.

What the check is unsure about is shown to a person instead of sent – and on the autopilot, a draft it cannot clear is simply not sent. The full list →

$01 creator · 100 drafts a monthStart free

A creator who runs their own chats can start here. The cheapest position on the same two sliders – not a trial, the same monthly cycle as any paid one.

Confirm your email and your first month carries 300 extra drafts. A one-off top-up of the same counter – nothing switches off when it runs out.

You are not picking somebody else’s box. You move two sliders and the price follows them. No tiers, no “contact us for Enterprise”.

We do not charge for the size of your team. No seats, no per-user pricing, and no limit on how many fans you keep.

Draft packs

Need more this month? Draft packs are a one-off purchase and land in the same counter as your monthly quota. They expire at your next renewal, along with whatever is left of that month’s quota.

Payment is in cryptocurrency – USDT on TRON

We run the payment node ourselves; there is no payment processor between you and us, and we never receive or store card, bank or wallet details.

Money sits as a prepaid balance

Your subscription and any packs are debited from it by our own code – there is no recurring charge at a gateway at all, which is why cancelling is a switch rather than a phone call.

If the balance runs short

Three days of full access, then the subscription pauses. Your data is never deleted because of billing.

Above the slider limits

Larger numbers are a conversation, and the rate you agree is frozen onto your account.

Talk to us

Referral: both of you pay less

They get 20% off their first paid month, you get 20% of that price on your balance – once, after they actually pay.

Your data, access and money

No card. The free tier is a real subscription that costs nothing.

Cancelling is a switch, not a phone call to a payment company – and your balance stays on the account.

Your data stays yours. Export and deletion work from inside the product, not by request.

No platform passwords. The side panel works inside the tab your chatter is already signed into – we never ask for, store or see an OnlyFans, Fansly or Fanvue login.

Every customer is isolated by account. An identifier that belongs to somebody else is simply not found – the check is on the server.

Draft text is erased on a schedule (after 180 days), and safety events carry no personal data by construction.

Common questions

Does the AI write on its own?

Only if you turn it on – and it takes two separate decisions: a permission in the CRM and the autopilot switched on in that tab. By default a person sends everything.

I run my own chats, without a team – is this for me?

Yes. Fan memory, the creator’s voice and the drafts work the same for one person as for a team. Roles, assignments and the log are simply there if you ever add a chatter.

Is this safe for the creator’s account?

Platforms set their own rules on assisted and automated messaging, and some restrict it. Whether your use is allowed is for you to check, and that risk stays with you – §6 of the Terms of Service. What we control: nothing automatic happens by default, and you choose what to allow, fan by fan if you want.

What do I pay with, and how long do I have?

USDT on the TRON network. An invoice is valid for 60 minutes. A transfer that arrives up to six hours after that is still credited – we keep watching the address that long. Later than that, or in the wrong asset or network, and it can be lost (§10.6 of the Terms).

Why crypto?

It settles fast and avoids the processing restrictions this industry runs into. Funds land on your balance and are spent from there.

What happens when a platform changes its interface?

Updates arrive from our server. Nobody reinstalls anything.

Can a chatter see other people’s creators?

No. They see the creators assigned to them, in the dashboard and in the extension – the same check, on the server.

What happens to fan data?

It is yours; we process it on your instructions. Export and deletion work from inside the product. Details are in the DPA.

Is there translation?

Yes – incoming into your chatter’s language, outgoing in the fan’s, with the safety check on both.

Do you refund?

Your balance stays on the account and is not consumed by cancelling. It is not refundable – §10.7 of the Terms of Service.
